  • Shipping Policy
    We generally ship out products on business days only (Monday- Friday) and reserve the right to choose which carrier provider to provide our customers with the best shipping rates. Please note Federal Holidays when calculating expected shipping times. Hair Boutique Dubai Hair Extensions is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, levies that government or local administrations may apply.
  • Payments
    We offer several payment methods for our products during checkout. When completing your purchase, you agree to the charges that will be applied via the payment method of your choice (credit card, bank account, etc.) and any appropriate taxes.
  • Refund and Return Policy
    All sales are final however we do accept exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges must be preauthorized by Hair Boutique Dubai Hair Extensions. Request to exchange products must be made within 3 business days of receipt of products. For products to be eligible for replacement it must be in original and factory condition (unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with tags if attached) and in original packaging. If the products have been damaged, altered, or tapered with Hair Boutique Dubai Hair Extensions reserves the right to deny any exchange. Due to Federal Law, you are not allowed to return human hair products that have been used. This includes trying on the products. Once we have received your package, please allow 7 business days for us to complete the exchange process. We will ship your exchange via the same shipping method as the original order unless specified otherwise.
